Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services in a pediatric outpatient therapy setting
Provide coverage for adult inpatient cases as needed
Evaluate and treat patients with communication, language, and swallowing disorders across age groups
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Work holidays as required by the facility

Required Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Minnesota required at time of submission
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP
Must reside at least 25 miles from the facility
Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing
Must complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of contract signing, on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in both pediatric outpatient and adult inpatient therapy settings
Familiarity with Minnesota state compliance and licensing requirements for traveling clinicians
