WinnMed is seeking to hire a Radiology Assistant in our Radiology Department ! The Radiology Assistant assists medical secretaries, technologists and radiologists in providing service and assistance to patients having exams. This position will perform the following clerical, administrative and general office duties:

• Assist with patient transport
• Scheduling and greeting patients
• PACs and electronic health record operations
• Assisting with patient care exams under the supervision of a registered technologist.

Shift Schedule:

• Flexible schedule, pick up shifts and work as needed.
• Department schedule is typically Monday - Friday; hours between 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited radiologic technologist program.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.
• Use of standard office and medical equipment required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
