We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, emotionally intelligent, & able to connect with people. You’re the first impression of our studio, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust, create excitement, and deliver SPENGA hospitality to members and help new guests feel comfortable taking the first step toward their fitness goals.
