We are looking for a Customer Service Manager with impeccable written and verbal communications skills. Someone who lives for giving folks a good experience and making people's day – and can meticulously manage the behind the scenes systems.

This is a part-time/freelance position. We're looking for someone who can dedicate 10-15 hours a week during fairly regular time slots, with possible increase during holidays.
