Be the voice people rely on. At CCS, we handle inbound calls for clients across multiple industries and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping callers. We need communicators who are calm under pressure, quick on their feet, and take pride in leaving every caller with a great experience. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of callers, handling everything from scheduling appointments and gathering information to answering questions and resolving concerns all while representing our clients with professionalism and care. This is a remote position that requires employees to access the CCS work environment using their personal computers during the first 90 to 180 days of employment. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls professionally and on time Follow client-specific scripts and procedures Gather and document caller information accurately Schedule appointments and relay messages correctly Provide callers with product and service information Process online reservations accurately Maintain quality assurance standards Stay current on all CCS client programs and accounts What We’re Looking For G.E.D. or higher education 1 year of call center or customer service experience Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and general systems Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards Availability 40 hours per week Saturday or Sunday availability is required Open 365 days a year, 7 days a week Equipment Requirements Windows 11 operating system Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 CPU or better 8 GB RAM or more (installed physical memory) Two monitors Webcam Wired USB headset Keyboard with F1–F12 and Page Up/Down keys Wired ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted, cellular internet, starlight, 5Getc. are not permitted) Benefits Work from home Monthly performance bonus opportunities Medical insurance (full-time employees) Dental and vision insurance (full-time employees) 401(k) Paid time off Life insurance Holiday incentive pay Employee events and activities Advancement opportunities Training will start October 19th, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST, running Monday through Friday for three weeks.
